Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities during night shifts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician Journeyman or Master License
- OSHA 30-hour Construction certification required
- Proficiency with conduit bending, motor controls, and VFD systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
