Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support demolition and debris removal tasks
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
