Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections for high-value properties
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to deliver exceptional service experiences
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory for parts and materials
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Excellent diagnostic skills for water heater and boiler systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Background check and drug screening required
