Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Workflows: Design and implement complex, autonomous agent systems capable of handling sophisticated, multi-step reasoning tasks with minimal human intervention.
- Pipeline Optimization: Engineer high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines for generative AI models, ensuring scalability across global distributed systems.
- Safety & Alignment: Develop robust safety protocols and reinforcement learning frameworks to ensure AI agents operate ethically and within defined safety boundaries.
- Research & Prototyping: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to explore emerging paradigms in agentic AI, including tool-use, memory management, and long-horizon planning.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with product teams and data scientists to translate abstract AI concepts into deployable, high-impact software solutions.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a proven track record of deploying production-level AI models.
- Agentic AI Experience: Demonstrated experience building or working with autonomous agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, or LangChain frameworks.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and optimize model inference at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
