Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures capable of processing real-time neural data streams with sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to decentralized, quantum-resistant infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for autonomous agents and generative AI models.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model interpretability, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for edge computing environments and massive cloud scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, transformer models, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and ethical AI governance.
