Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for quantum AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers, policymakers, and social scientists
- Author industry standards for transparent AI deployment in regulated sectors
- Advocate for ethical AI principles at international policy forums
- Mentor teams on responsible AI development lifecycle practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Published work on AI ethics or policy (IEEE, ACM, Nature journals)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Track record influencing enterprise-level AI strategy
