- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes and societal expectations
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for diverse community input on AI governance
- Produce thought leadership on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Represent Nexus at international AI ethics forums and regulatory working groups
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years of AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI practices in enterprise environments
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published research on AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or regulatory commissions
- Strong background in human-centered design and participatory governance
