Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning architectures aligned with 2026 technology roadmaps.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of data pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI development.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Nexus Future Labs remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation techniques.
