Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D team in designing and implementing breakthrough AI architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define technical strategies for integrating emerging technologies like quantum processing units (QPUs) into AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, and hardware) to bring futuristic concepts to market.
- Stay ahead of global AI trends and publish findings in top-tier academic journals.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex systems.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and safety protocols.
