- Oversee cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX specialists
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure transformation ROI
- Manage vendor partnerships and emerging technology evaluations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and emerging tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M and teams of 20+
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder communication
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Cloud Architecture preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale tech implementations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and Web3.0 technologies
