Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI integration in enterprise environments
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact windows
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Partner with academic institutions to co-develop future-focused R&D initiatives
- Present visionary blueprints to executive stakeholders and investment committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology architecture or innovation leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or post-blockchain consensus
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Experience with scenario planning for climate-tech convergence
- Certification in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 future-proof system implementations
