Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 2030-vision projects
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Expertise in ISO 20700 and IEEE 7000 for ethical tech deployment
- Experience securing $50M+ in venture or government innovation funding
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ scalable tech solutions deployed in emerging markets
