Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record in designing large-scale Machine Learning pipelines and Neural Networks.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and plan for the long term.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
