- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging tech trends with 3-5 year impact analysis
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $2M annual R&D budget for future technology exploration
- Collaborate with Stanford and Berkeley on quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing or biotech convergence fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional data modeling skills for future scenario forecasting
- Prior C-suite or VP-level strategic planning experience
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Security clearance preferred for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
