Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across fintech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI, blockchain, and IoT
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for market readiness
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford labs on 5-year R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Deloitte Tech Trends
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or quantum programming languages
- Clearances for government innovation projects (preferred)
