- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and mentor cross-functional innovation teams across engineering, design, and product
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
