Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/sustainability solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental initiatives with ROI tracking
- Author thought leadership content on future tech disruption
- Mentor emerging innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future forecasting
- Proven track record launching breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics/Sustainability
- Published author in leading tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Futures Platform)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin/Spanish preferred
