Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps spanning AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in developing next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and academic institutions
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech and climate-positive computing initiatives
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee $5M+ annual R&D budget with agile resource allocation
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Track record of delivering 3+ breakthrough innovations in regulated industries
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing $1M+ budgets
- Published research in IEEE journals or equivalent tier publications
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
