Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps spanning AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-disciplinary pods of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Translate emerging research from MIT, Stanford, and CERN into commercial applications
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Present strategic tech forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in emerging tech paradigms
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent breakthrough contributions
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, generative AI, and decentralized architectures
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture funding
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
