Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global innovation labs
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech deployment in Fortune 500 ecosystems
- Present findings at Davos and CES to shape global tech policy
- Mentor 10+ emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record shipping AI/quantum products used by 1M+ users
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain for DoD projects
