Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
- Present futuristic technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure $10M+ R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for frontier tech
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
