Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to design 2026-focused technology roadmaps in quantum computing and biotech
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 global markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI governance and human augmentation policies
- Present futures scenarios to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Author white papers on sustainable technology adoption for 2026
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-cultural scenario planning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from ACIF or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
