Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop technology roadmaps and strategic frameworks for future product ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with tech startups and research institutions
- Anticipate societal and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record identifying and implementing emerging tech trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
