Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D/innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership
- PhD in AI, Biotech, or Quantum Systems (or equivalent impact)
- Published 2026 technology white papers in Nature/Science journals
- Track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin/German for global stakeholder management
