- Oversee $15M+ annual R&D budget allocation for next-gen initiatives
- Author industry-defining white papers on emerging tech societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Quantum Computing, or equivalent with 8+ years tech innovation experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 innovation management standards
- Portfolio of 3+ commercially deployed transformative technologies
