As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in technology, consumer behavior, and sustainability. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investments and market entry strategies for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps for product development, business models, and customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations for C-suite and industry forums
- Monitor competitive intelligence and regulatory evolutions affecting 2026 strategic planning
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptive innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using advanced analytics tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight fields
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic implications of emerging trends
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation roadmaps implemented by 2020-2025
