Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing market trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate futuristic solutions for global challenges
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for prototyping and pilot programs
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
