Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify emerging opportunities
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and market readiness
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Presentation experience at industry-leading conferences
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Economics, or related field
