Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level trend briefings and scenario analyses
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and market opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic visions
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
