Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including government agencies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term technological impact
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for 2026-focused initiatives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with global implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies or government bodies on future tech
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable societal impact
