Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems and service innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into executable plans
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers positioning our vision for 2026
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario simulation capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term technology adoption
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to distill complex futures into compelling narratives
