As a cornerstone of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to navigate exponential technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise C-suite on long-term innovation pipelines and risk mitigation
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, AC/CF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of published future-focused analyses or strategic frameworks
