Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' forecasting socio-technological inflection points
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify 2026-ready startups
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism summits and policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on 2025+ technological convergence trends
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Demonstrated experience with scenario planning for enterprise clients
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
