Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal patterns to forecast 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for product roadmaps aligned with future human needs and technological capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from diverse disciplines (neuroscience, sociology, engineering)
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Represent company vision at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
