Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and cultural shifts to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/societal shifts with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic foresight work
