- Author white papers and strategic briefs for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into core offerings
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts impacting technological adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists using structured foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trend Monitor, Cassandra, or proprietary platforms)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or unicorn startups on strategic transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of 2026+ forecasting accuracy
