Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' mapping emerging tech trajectories
- Design ethical deployment protocols for breakthrough technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial impact
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives
