Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight initiatives using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering) to identify market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal hackathons and prototyping sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or foresight methodologies required
