Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact on revenue streams and market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future disruptions
- Author forward-looking white papers influencing industry standards and investor decisions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year market projections
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for intelligence sharing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
