Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging innovations
- Advise leadership on investment opportunities in disruptive technologies
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for early trend detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or future-tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
