- Lead cross-functional sprints on decentralized governance models
- Pioneer new foresight methodologies using generative AI

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of published 2020+ technology forecasts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or synthetic biology
- Proficiency in GPT-4, Claude 3, and Palantir foresight tools
- Experience with UN SDG impact modeling frameworks
- Published work in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
