Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and market evolution through 2026
- Produce scenario analyses for climate resilience, AI governance, and biotech disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify strategic opportunities in quantum computing and neurotech
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on sustainable development and digital sovereignty
- Advise executive team on geopolitical risks and innovation policy implications
- Manage horizon scanning initiatives using proprietary AI-powered trend analysis tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks and ESG integration strategies
