- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 commercialization horizons
- Author thought leadership reports on metaverse governance, climate-tech adaptation, and neuro-interfaces
- Build external networks with academic institutions and government futurist councils
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward anticipatory innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmap development
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI governance, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or implemented strategic foresight projects
