Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and societal trends through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all strategic frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published work or speaking engagements on future trends preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) required
