Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and adoption curves
- Design strategic roadmaps for technology integration and innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present trend forecasts to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author white papers on future technology implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
