Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap through trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough technologies and business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Produce forward-looking reports and thought leadership content for industry audiences
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts and futurist researchers
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic shifts affecting our industry
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Experience with global trend analysis and geopolitical impact assessment
