Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy

- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
