Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech) to map 2026 market opportunities and disruptors
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation user experiences for 2026 digital ecosystems
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as the 2026 industry visionary
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer 2026 research initiatives
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies to identify exponential opportunities across biotech, space tech, and AI
- Mentor internal teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
