- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' analyzing disruptive forces in biotech, quantum computing, and space exploration
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with Stanford's Ethics Consortium
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or policy planning
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology impacts (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in systems modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record influencing enterprise strategy with 10+ year roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
