- Develop strategic foresight frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen forecasting methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation and future-focused decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) highly valued
